Alexandra Kulcsar

Alexandra Kulcsár is the CEO and founder of NOREX ERP CONSULTING, a boutique, technology- and vendor-independent consulting firm specializing in ERP system and digital transformation projects. With over 28 years of professional experience, she is one of Hungary's most respected ERP experts, having successfully participated 140 digitalization projects across various industries.
During her career, Alexandra Kulcsár worked at several technology companies and served as the IT Advisory SSL leader at Ernst & Young.

Alexandra is also a passionate educator and advocate for improving Hungary's digitalization culture. She regularly lectures at universities, including MBA programs, and delivers workshops on ERP selection and quality assurance. Her educational contributions include numerous articles, videos, and her own ERP PODCAST, as well as her role as a board member of the Hungarian DigiLean Association. Alexandra has delivered presentations at numerous business and digitalization conferences in recent years.

Her achievements have been widely recognized: she was named "ERP Consultant of the Year" at the Hungarian Business Awards in 2022, and the NOREX ERP received the prestigious „Independent ERP Consulting firm of they year - Business Champions of Central Europe" award in 2024.
